Key Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination
- Lead and manage all phases of surprise event planning and execution to exceed client expectations.
- Team Supervision
- Oversee a team of planners, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
- Logistics Management
- Handle the procurement of materials and coordination of deliveries for successful event execution.
- Client Communication
- Engage with clients to understand their unique needs and translate them into exceptional surprise experiences.
- Performance Monitoring
- Assess team performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster continuous improvement.
- Strategic Improvements
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/OND in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in sales or event planning.
- Proven ability to lead, plan, and coordinate surprise operations effectively.
- Residency in Ikeja or surrounding areas is mandatory.
