Job Summary: Surprise Planning Supervisor

The Surprise Planning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of surprise event operations, ensuring a flawless execution that delights clients. This role demands strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a creative flair for crafting unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Event Coordination
    • Lead and manage all phases of surprise event planning and execution to exceed client expectations.
  2. Team Supervision
    • Oversee a team of planners, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
  3. Logistics Management
    • Handle the procurement of materials and coordination of deliveries for successful event execution.
  4. Client Communication
    • Engage with clients to understand their unique needs and translate them into exceptional surprise experiences.
  5. Performance Monitoring
    • Assess team performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster continuous improvement.
  6. Strategic Improvements
    • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of SSCE/OND in any field.
