Programs Assistant (Full Job Description)
We are seeking a highly adaptable and results-oriented Programs Assistant to join an emerging non-profit organization and contribute to its mission and objectives. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution
- Support the organization in translating its vision and strategic goals into actionable plans.
- Execute programs and initiatives aligned with the organization’s strategic framework.
Program and Project Management
- Assist in designing, launching, and managing impactful programs and projects.
- Monitor progress, adhere to timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Fundraising and Partnerships
- Contribute to fundraising efforts, including drafting grant applications, coordinating donor communications, and planning events.
- Support the development and management of relationships with stakeholders, funders, and collaborators.
Operations Support
- Optimize operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Manage the foundation’s online presence and ensure alignment with program goals.
Team Coordination
- Work collaboratively with team members, volunteers, and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Communication and Outreach
- Assist in creating marketing materials, donor engagement content, and reports.
- Represent the organization at key virtual and occasional in-person events.
Data and Impact Tracking
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and impact.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and recommend improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven ability to handle diverse responsibilities and deliver outstanding results.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace and project management platforms.
- Basic knowledge of data tracking and reporting practices.
