Amazon Customer Service Specialist (Remote Position)
We are looking for a skilled Amazon Customer Service Specialist with expertise in the automotive sector to join our team. This role is focused on delivering outstanding customer support for our D2C brand across Amazon, with additional responsibilities for eBay and Walmart platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support:
- Monitor inboxes to assist customers, address inquiries, and escalate issues as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries within 12 hours.
- Troubleshoot account health and seller support issues effectively.
- Product Knowledge & Communication:
- Develop a deep understanding of products to provide accurate customer education.
- Proactively identify and escalate negative reviews to brand management.
- Solicit and collect reviews from satisfied customers to enhance product listings.
- Issue Resolution:
- Manage returns and resolve billing or delivery concerns.
- Assist with troubleshooting listing or product suspension issues, including appeal preparation.
- Documentation & Process Improvement:
- Create and refine SOPs and FAQs to streamline response accuracy and efficiency.
- Support additional Amazon brand management tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- At least 3 years of experience in a D2C e-commerce customer service role.
- Expertise in customer experience (CX) on Amazon (preferred), as well as familiarity with eBay and Walmart platforms.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant experience or knowledge in the automotive industry (or similar).
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel for reporting.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with professional help desk tools like Zendesk (or similar).
- Familiarity with team communication tools like Slack and Zoom.
- Ability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
Nice-to-Haves:
- 1+ years of experience with project management tools such as Monday.com (or similar).
