Job Overview
Filo is seeking passionate High School English Tutors to join our innovative team remotely. In this role, you’ll provide tailored academic support, improve students’ communication skills, and strengthen their understanding of English grammar—all while fostering an engaging and interactive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive online English tutoring sessions for high school students.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Teaching Expertise: Strong background in English teaching or tutoring, especially in online settings.
- English Proficiency: Deep knowledge of English grammar and fluency in the language.
- Effective Communication: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with students.
- Adaptability: Capable of personalizing teaching methods to individual needs.
- Empathy & Patience: A positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
