Job Summary
As a Security Officer at Tyla Integrated Services, your primary responsibility is to maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. Minimum Qualifications
- Education: No specific degree required.
- Experience: 0-1 year (entry-level, training may be provided).
Key Responsibilities
1. Access Control
- Monitor and regulate the entry and exit of people, vehicles, and materials.
- Verify credentials (such as ID cards) to ensure compliance with security protocols.
2. Patrolling and Surveillance
- Conduct routine patrols of the property to detect and prevent security risks.
- Operate and monitor security systems like CCTV cameras and alarm systems to maintain vigilance.
3. Incident Response
- React swiftly to alarms, emergencies, and unusual activities.
- Report any security breaches, suspicious behavior, or hazards to supervisors or law enforcement authorities.
4. Conflict Resolution
- Manage confrontations diplomatically to maintain peace.
- Safely remove trespassers or individuals causing disturbances.
5. Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain daily logs of activities, incidents, and irregularities.
- Prepare detailed reports for incidents when required.
6. Safety Checks
- Inspect windows, doors, and gates to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Verify the functionality of fire safety systems and emergency exits.
7. Customer Service
- Assist employees, visitors, and customers with directions or other inquiries.
