• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to confidently answer customer questions.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
• Record and manage details of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to address customer needs.
• Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and overall efficiency.
• Lead and manage a team of junior customer service representatives, ensuring high performance.
• Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.

Compensation

• Pay: ₦80,000.00 – ₦100,000.00 per month
