About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Creative Assistant to support a Music Artist and entrepreneur. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy, creative individual with a flair for content creation, social media management, and brand collaborations. This role involves working closely with the Artist to execute their vision across platforms while handling day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation and Planning:
- Brainstorm and organize creative content ideas that align with brand goals and current trends.
- Video Production:
- Set up, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media platforms, ensuring visual appeal and engagement.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage social media accounts, including content posting, audience engagement, and performance tracking through analytics.
- Calendar and Meeting Management:
- Organize and maintain the Artist’s schedule, ensuring timely coordination of appointments, collaborations, and deadlines.
- Brand Partnerships and Business Development:
- Identify potential brand collaboration opportunities, negotiate deals, and manage partnerships to ensure successful execution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative mindset with a passion for digital trends and storytelling.
- Experience in managing brand collaborations is a strong advantage.
