Job Summary
Gigmile Technologies Limited is actively seeking a Relationship Officer to enhance the performance and compliance of captains, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs. This role also involves providing exceptional customer relationship management to captains and fostering seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Management: Ensure captains meet and exceed daily performance targets and KPIs.
- Activity Monitoring: Achieve 100% daily uptime compliance and captain activity tracking.
- Cash Management: Guarantee 100% remittance of all customer-collected funds.
- Asset Repayment: Monitor and ensure complete repayment of company assets as per targets.
- Default Recovery: Conduct daily follow-ups with defaulters and escalate unresolved issues to the recovery team promptly.
- Relationship Liaison: Serve as the primary contact between captains and Gigmile, addressing concerns and fostering a collaborative relationship.
- Issue Resolution: Provide swift solutions for both on-field and off-field issues faced by captains, escalating to external stakeholders if necessary.
- Partnership Support: Act as the communication bridge between Gigmile and its platform partners, ensuring smooth operations during partnerships.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years in asset financing, loan recovery, or customer relationship management.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, listening, and analytical abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Remuneration
Salary range: NGN 140,000 – NGN 160,000
