Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Associate at Gigmile, you will:
- Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Develop high-quality, engaging content tailored to platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to boost brand visibility.
- Maintain and manage content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posts for Gigmile and its subsidiaries (Gamma Mobility Nigeria and Gamma Mobility Ghana).
- Create eye-catching visual and video content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Community Engagement
- Build and maintain a professional presence across social media channels.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and queries to foster a strong online community.
- Data-Driven Campaign Management
- Use analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Hootsuite to monitor engagement rates, follower growth, and audience sentiment.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and Google Ads, optimizing for maximum ROI and user acquisition.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine creative strategies and identify the most effective ad placements.
- Brand Alignment & Collaboration
- Support product launches by coordinating communication strategies, promotional materials, and event activities.
- Ensure all materials, both digital and physical, align with Gigmile’s brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Product teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
- Growth Strategies
- Contribute to innovative acquisition strategies to raise brand awareness in Nigeria and Ghana.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience:
- 2+ years in digital marketing, preferably in startups, fintech, or fast-paced environments.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with social media management tools like Buffer or Hootsuite.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Creative Abilities:
- Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills.
- Ability to design engaging visuals and videos using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Analytical Mindset:
- Experience interpreting performance metrics and adjusting strategies to achieve goals.
- Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about storytelling and brand building.
