Job Overview
Gigmile Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced and driven City Operations Lead to oversee and optimize the operations of our vehicle leasing services in Nigeria. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and the seamless delivery of our services.
Minimum Qualification:
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Account Management
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Enforce compliance with leasing agreements and implement effective collections strategies to minimize overdue payments.
2. Vehicle Recovery
- Oversee vehicle recovery processes, adhering to company policies and legal guidelines in cases of non-payment or contract breaches.
3. Partner & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key on-demand platforms for seamless integration of Gigmile’s vehicles.
- Collaborate with local authorities, transportation agencies, unions, and business partners to drive operational success.
4. Vehicle Performance & Maintenance
- Develop strategies to maximize vehicle uptime.
- Monitor vehicle performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure minimal downtime.
5. Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing operations team.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to support team members’ professional growth.
6. Data-Driven Decision Making
- Generate and analyze operational reports, focusing on collections, recovery, vehicle uptime, and partnership performance.
- Identify trends to optimize operations and enhance efficiency.
7. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Proactively monitor risks and implement best practices to mitigate potential challenges.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a similar field.
- Industry Experience: Proven expertise in managing complex operations within the vehicle leasing industry.
- Leadership Skills: Strong decision-making and leadership capabilities with a track record of driving business growth and meeting operational objectives.
