Job Overview
Mindglobe Tech Solutions is seeking a versatile Business Analyst who will also serve as a Technical Proposal Writer. This dual role focuses on analyzing client requirements and crafting detailed proposals in response to RFPs (Request for Proposals). The ideal candidate will excel in both strategic business analysis and creating persuasive, data-driven technical proposals. Your primary goal is to optimize IT processes while securing new projects by delivering compelling, client-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis (IT Focus)
- Evaluate IT Systems & Infrastructure: Assess current IT processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimizations.
- Market Research & Feasibility Studies: Conduct in-depth studies on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Requirements Gathering: Collect and document both technical and business requirements to design customized solutions.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Develop dashboards and analytical reports to monitor project KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
- Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to streamline processes, particularly in system integration and software implementations.
- CRM System Support: Assist in setting up and optimizing CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) to enhance client relationship management.
Technical Proposal Writing
- Crafting Winning Proposals: Write high-quality, tailored technical proposals and RFP responses for IT projects such as software development, digital transformation, and data center solutions.
- Client-Focused Solutions: Customize proposals to address the unique challenges and needs of clients across various industries.
- Documentation & Marketing Collateral: Develop technical documentation, case studies, and whitepapers to highlight Mindglobe’s expertise.
- Content Alignment: Ensure all written content aligns with Mindglobe’s brand voice while emphasizing our competitive edge.
- Continuous Improvement: Refine proposal content by leveraging client feedback and staying abreast of industry developments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in business analysis, technical writing, or IT project management.
- Technical Skills:
- IT Systems Analysis: Strong understanding of software solutions, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation strategies.
- CRM & Project Management Tools: Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Zoho, JIRA, and Trello.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Technical Writing: Proven ability to create detailed technical documentation, RFPs, and proposal content.
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other project management frameworks.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
