**Job Summary**

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding support to our clients. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring each client interaction is positive, informative, and supportive.

**Responsibilities:**

**Client Interaction:**

– Act as the primary contact for clients via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
– Provide accurate information on our health and social care services.
– Address inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy.

– Identify and promptly resolve client concerns.
– Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor as necessary.
– Conduct follow-ups to ensure issues are fully resolved and clients are satisfied with the outcome.

**Record Keeping:**

– Keep detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
– Update client details in the database as needed.
– Prepare and share reports on customer service trends and activities.

**Communication:**
