Position Overview: Salesforce Field Service Administrator

This critical role involves administering the Salesforce Field Service platform to support Steritech’s field service operations, with a strong emphasis on system maintenance, data integrity, user support, and reporting. Working closely with operations, support, and IT teams, the Administrator will ensure optimal system functionality, security, and user satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

1. System Administration & Maintenance

  • User Management: Manage user accounts, permission sets, and access levels to ensure the right personnel have appropriate access.
  • System Checks & Troubleshooting: Perform regular system checks, promptly resolve issues, and ensure platform efficiency.
  • System Upgrades & Improvements: Collaborate with IT and stakeholders for seamless system updates and usability enhancements.

2. User Support & Training

  • User Support: Address user inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide ongoing support.
  • Training & Onboarding: Conduct training sessions for new users, ensuring that all team members are proficient in Salesforce Field Service functionality.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain training materials to support user understanding and platform use.

3. Data Management & Integrity
