A dynamic early-stage startup is looking for a dedicated and results-driven Product Manager to define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across all stages of the product lifecycle.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities
- Translate Business Strategy into Product Strategy: Align the product direction with broader business goals.
- Own and Execute Product Roadmap: Develop and manage a clear roadmap, guiding the product’s evolution.
- Product Strategy Execution: Implement product strategies that align with market needs and organizational objectives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive efforts across departments to ensure products are launched effectively and meet market demands.
- Plan and Execute Product Launches: Lead product launch initiatives to meet commercial and customer expectations.
- Profitability and Commercial Success: Manage product performance, ensuring profitability and alignment with business cases.
- Market and Product Insights: Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders regarding market trends and product positioning.
- Support Marketing and Differentiation: Collaborate with product marketing to highlight unique selling points.
- Requirements Documentation: Draft high-level requirements to guide product development.
- Product Support: Assist the Product Owner and Product Marketer with product-related queries.
- Manage In-Life Products: Oversee products post-launch, gathering feedback, addressing requirements, and resolving issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in a Product Manager or equivalent leadership role
- Proven experience in successfully defining and launching impactful products
- Background in tech startups, with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Solid experience in Agile environments
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Nigeria and West Africa
Preferred Skills & Tools
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Familiarity with Visio, Figma, Monday.com, and ProductPlan
